Welcome. These terms outline the basic rules for using our website, booking a ride and visiting our amusement park. By doing so, you agree to everything written here.
When you book a time slot we'll hold it for you. If plans change, let us know early so we can open it up to other guests. No-shows without notice may forfeit your booking.
Ticket prices and ride options are listed in good faith and may adjust seasonally or with demand. We always honour advance bookings at the agreed rate. Special offers and group discounts are available — check our current deals.
For private wheel rentals or custom experiences we ask for advance notice and may require a deposit. Contact us to discuss your event, and we'll work flexibly with your needs and timeline.
Feel free to browse and share our pages with friends. Please don't reproduce our photography, logos or content for commercial purposes without permission.
We maintain our wheel and this website to the highest safety and technical standards, but we can't guarantee the site will be error-free at all times. If you spot something wrong, tell us and we'll fix it right away.
New to high-altitude thrills? Our FAQ covers everything from ride safety to how your 600 box gift works when you sign up. Can't find what you need? Head to our contact page — our team loves talking about the wheel, the views, and the rush.
